Our approach: We use exclusively packaging that is recycled or recyclable.
After each use, our sturdy reusable crates made of plastic or cardboard are cleaned and reused.

This not only reduces the amount of waste, but also conserves energy and raw materials in production – and makes your move measurably more eco-friendly.

Reusable plastic boxes in the rental system completely avoid cardboard waste – leftover boxes from previous moves can also easily be disposed of via the local cardboard collection, which is offered in practically every Swiss municipality. Anyone who wants to realistically estimate their own needs in advance can use our moving box calculator. Indicative prices include furniture assembly, protective material such as blankets, mattress covers, and stretch film, and transport insurance, excluding 8.1% VAT. These are estimated prices, calculated based on an average travel time of approx. 20–30 minutes between the move-out and move-in addresses. As with our other quotes, this is a fixed-price offer with a guaranteed price including insurance and protective materials. The definitive price is prepared individually after a free on-site visit.

Ahmed und Abdullah waren unsere Zügelmänner. Sie haben ausgezeichnet gearbeitet, waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Ihnen möchte ich meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen – ich kann die beiden uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Mit der Firma selbst bin ich hingegen sehr unzufrieden. Am Telefon habe ich die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt. Aufgrund dieser Angaben wurde der Aufwand auf ca. 3,5 Stunden geschätzt und mir wurde ein Preisrahmen von etwa CHF 490–540 genannt.

Am Umzugstag mussten zusätzlich vier Personen aus unserem privaten Umfeld mithelfen, damit der Umzug überhaupt in der geschätzten Zeit abgeschlossen werden konnte. Ohne diese Unterstützung hätte der Zeitaufwand aus meiner Sicht deutlich höher gelegen. Trotzdem belief sich die Schlussrechnung auf CHF 624.

Ich hatte aufgrund der telefonischen Beratung eine andere Erwartung hinsichtlich Dauer und Kosten. Deshalb empfinde ich die Schätzung im Nachhinein als unzutreffend und die Kommunikation bezüglich der zu erwartenden Kosten als ungenügend.

Die Arbeit von Ahmed und Abdullah verdient ausdrücklich Lob. Mit der Beratung und der Planung durch die Firma war ich jedoch nicht zufrieden und würde sie persönlich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Umzugsleute waren sehr pünktlich und sehr tifig. Sie haben alles was hätte kaputt gehen können sorgfältig eingepackt. Trotz des Umstandes dass sie mit einem zu kleinen Lieferwagen gekommen sind - und aus diesem Grund 2x fahren mussten- waren die drei Männer sehr auf Zack. Alles verlief sehr speditiv, sauber und nichts ging kaputt. Preis/Leistung absolut top. Wenn ich wieder umziehen sollte, dann mit Swiss Logistik. Daumen hoch für diese Firma!
